• Strictly 18+ only.

• A valid physical government-issued photo ID is required for entry.

• Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person at its sole discretion, including but not limited to intoxication, inappropriate behaviour, failure to provide valid identification, or any other reason deemed necessary to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

DRESS CODE:

• There is no dress code at Jazz Cafe.

BAG CHECKS:

• All guests are subject to a bag check on arrival. Please allow extra time for entry and avoid bringing large bags where possible.

CLOAKROOM:

• Coats and bags can be stored in our cloakroom for £2.50 per item.

• Only card payments are accepted.

SET TIMES:

• Live music usually starts 60-90 minutes after doors open but this is subject to change.

TICKETS ON THE DOOR:

• For some shows, a limited number of tickets may be available on the door—arriving early gives you the best chance of getting in.

Accessibility & Carer Tickets

ACCESSIBILITY:

• We warmly welcome guests of all abilities and our team will always do their best to support your visit. As an older venue, there may be some accessibility limitations, but we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your needs.

• If you’re unsure about anything, please contact us via the Contact Us form so we can support your needs.

Priority Entry:

• To arrange priority entry or discuss any requirements, please submit a request through the Contact Us form below.

Step-Free Access:

• For access to the ground floor, there is one step at the entrance; a ramp is available and can be put in place by our door team when required.

• See info below for Restaurant Accessibility.

Access Area:

• An access area is located to the right of the stage (when facing it) for those who cannot stand for long periods, with an accessible toilet beside it (radar key required).

• Please note that views of the stage may be restricted depending on the band setup. Capacity is limited, so please contact us as soon as you’ve purchased tickets to reserve a space.

Arrival:

• Due to the venue layout, we recommend arriving early as there is no dedicated access route; a member of our team will escort you.

• Please note, there is currently no lowered bar access.

RESTAURANT ACCESSIBILITY:

• The restaurant is located on an upper mezzanine overlooking the stage.

• Access is via 16 steps; we do not currently have step-free access to the restaurant.

• Our team will be happy to assist where required. If you have any questions, please contact us via the Contact Us form below.

• Please note that you cannot exceed the maximum number of seats allocated to your table by bringing an additional PA.
